Meet Scottie's Fun Spot
Scottie’s Fun Spot is for kids. But did you know it’s for adults, too? No really, it is! Although some adults are reluctant to join in on a round of go-karts or arcade games with the children and grandchildren, they end up getting into it.
“It’s OK to be a kid. I get to be a kid every day! And that’s one of the things I love most about working here. I love watching the adults awaken their inner child as they spin in bumper cars, become competitive in laser tag and speed around the GoKart track. Scottie’s is just as much for adults as it is for kids,” said Penny Lock, marketing and human resources employee.
Scottie’s Fun Spot, located on the east side of Quincy at 8000 Broadway, is owned by Jeff Scott and father, Bob Scott. It is perhaps most famous for its skating rink; many people know it as, and still refer to it, as Scottie’s Skateland.
