The mission of Diversity & Inclusion Quincy is to lead the way in promoting a culture that celebrates diversity, keeps our members, and helps them grow. Furthermore, our Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Committee is part of the Quincy Area Chamber of Commerce. It works to raise awareness about the importance of diversity and inclusion in our community. Additionally, our goal is to help businesses and organizations find ways to include everyone and use the strengths of all their employees.
